We have built our CSR policy around 10 commitments with specific key performance indicators and objectives, with supporting initiatives.

Our first DPEF (Extra-Fincial Performance Report) was published for 2022 and a CSR Director was appointed in 2023.

We are continuously strengthening our « philanthropy » team.

We have launched various environmental performance efforts

We are calculating our carbon footprint since 2021 (on a worldwide perimeter covering more than 95% of our employees), and keep on expanding the scope.

We are improving long-standing initiatives in waste management and recycling within operations.

We have also successfully launched new initiatives targeting all types of emissions. For example, optimization of employee travels commitment to the SBTi (Steering of Waste Management and Recycling) initiative.

We develop holistic business ethics policies

We developed an advanced CSR policy, part of a broader QMS and EMS, supported by lower-level policies.
Governance is strengthened by the existence of a specific department in charge of periodic internal implementation reviews.
We run an ISO-based Information Security Management System (ISMS), with GDPR compliance mechanisms.

We have designed sustainable offerings addressing customer concerns

We have been involved in several projects aimed at helping customers develop sustainable solutions in key sectors (e.g., e-mobility engineering projects, development of a low-energy consumption code, etc.).

We have adhered to the 74 best practices recommended by the Green IT association, including definition of a complete and precise action plan, and marking of ongoing projects.

We improved the score of our social performance indicators

Our dedicated CARE policy has been designed to answer our employees’ new expectations regarding CSR policies.

As a result, we clearly improved our performance on social/HR KPIs, particularly in terms of diversity, and high level of training deployment.

We developed an increasing attention to employee agreements on CSR issues, including a specific renewed Disability Plan for 2024-26.

We improved our supplier selection and social focus
We follow strict CSR criteria in supplier selection since 2020, defined by a precise responsible purchasing policy.
We are currently working towards being ISO 20400:2017 certified within 3 years.
We developped a continuous active participation in skills sponsorship.
