Resilience is a CE-marked digital solution dedicated to remote monitoring and support for oncology patients. The Resilience solution combines a telemonitoring platform used by healthcare professionals with a mobile application to assist and support patients in improving their daily lives.
Several randomized prospective studies have demonstrated the clinical and organizational benefits of remote monitoring in oncology. However, these studies mainly focused on patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors receiving chemotherapy or targeted therapies. The benefits of remote monitoring for patients with early-stage cancers, hematological malignancies, or those treated with newer drugs (e.g., immunotherapy) remain largely unknown.
This study aims to demonstrate the benefits of telemonitoring via Resilience PRO in terms of quality of life across a broad population of cancer patients (all tumor types, all stages) receiving any type of systemic anticancer treatment.
This randomized controlled study will include nearly 2,000 patients in France, Belgium, and Germany, and follow them for 3 years.
Study period: 2025–2028
